Un week end all'insegna del relax, sport , la buona cucina Pugliese e la storia di un terra bellissima . Il mare di Monopoli, il suo centro storico ricco di storia e l'accoglienza di un popolo fantastico saranno la base del 1' Week End Puglia . Il programma vedrà nel giorno 9 di Febbraio la partenza, in aereo, da Bergamo verso Bari. Biciclette Guida e Van saranno ci attenderanno pronti a Monopoli . Il soggiorno sarà nel centro Storico di Monopoli, dopo la sistemazione in un bellissimo B&B nel primo pomeriggio ci sarà la prima escursione in bicicletta giusto per........ prendere le misure con le biciclette , tragitto verso Alberobello per un buon caffè nella Città dei trulli, il rientro sarà soft proprio per lasciare la serata libera a tutti. Nel giorno di Sabato il gruppo ciclistico andrà verso Matera la Città dei sassi attraversando Alberobello e la Valle d'Itria . Percorso non facile ma suggestivo vedrà ogni partecipante affrontare ogni Km al meglio delle sue possibilità per raggiungere la Basilicata e appunto Matera, naturalmente al seguito ci sarà un Van e assistenza tecnica . Il giorno Domenicale vedrà terminare questo week end e sarà un " rompete le righe" piacevole fatto da giorni piacevoli trascorsi in compagnia . Nel tardo pomeriggio l'arrivo a Bergamo con un arrivederci al prossimo Nostro evento!
A weekend of relaxation, sport, good Puglia cuisine and the story of a beautiful land. The sea of Monopoli, its historical center rich in history and the hospitality of a fantastic people will be the basis of the 1st Week End Puglia. The program will see on the 9th of February the departure, by plane, from Bergamo to Bari. Bicycles Guide and Van will be waiting for us ready in Monopoli. The stay will be in the historic center of Monopoli, after the accommodation in a beautiful B & B in the early afternoon there will be the first bike ride just to ........ take the measures with bicycles, ride to Alberobello for a good coffee in the City of Trulli, the return will be soft just to leave the evening free to everyone. On Saturday, the cycling group will go to Matera, the City of stones through Alberobello and Valle d'Itria. Not easy but suggestive route will see each participant face every Km to the best of its possibilities to reach the Basilicata and Matera, naturally there will be a Van and technical assistance. The Sunday will see end this weekend and will be a "break the lines" pleasant made by pleasant days spent in the company. In the late afternoon the arrival in Bergamo with a goodbye to our next event!

Una giornata nuova, all'insegna del sano ciclismo di gruppo ! Iscriviti al 1' Resilience ! Formula a sorteggio , saranno formati dei team che si sfideranno su un circuito di 30 Km con un dislivello di 550 metri e tutti insieme dovranno affrontare 3 giri. Saranno calcolati i tempi sulla scalata della salita di riferimento ed alla fine vincerà il team che con la somma dei tempi di scalata avrà il miglior tempo. Penalità, insidie,spirito di gruppo e sofferenza saranno il mix giusto per affrontare Resilience ! a breve molte altre novità ed il modulo per parteciparvi !

Formula draw, will be formed teams that will compete on a circuit of 30 km with a difference in height of 550 meters and all together will have to face 3 laps.
